Dr. Paul G. Ruff IV, F.A.C.S. is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who graduated from Georgetown University and Eastern Virginia Medical School. He performed his General Surgery Residency, Surgical Critical Care Residency, and was the Chief Administrator Resident at Washington Hospital Center. Dr Ruff performed his Plastic Surgery residency at San Diego University of California at the San Diego Medical Center, and upon graduation, he returned home to the DC area and went into practice at the Metropolitan Institute for Plastic Surgery. Dr. Ruff now owns and operates his own practice, Ruff Plastic Surgery & RPS Medspa in Washington, DC. |
*The VASER Shape System is FDA cleared for relief of minor muscle aches, pain and muscle spasms; temporary improvement in local blood circulation; and temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite.
